We never once felt any pressure from Shastine to jump into a house that was not quite for us or to sell or lower our asking price just to get the sale.

I haven't dealt in the real estate industry a ton in Fort Nelson but I felt you are known for reliability.  I have noticed you return calls and seem to be involved and care about the sale of properties which made me feel more at ease when I had questions. I had a feeling that you did care about selling my house and doing whats best for me because you are invested in the community.  I see you at events and I know you volunteer with minor hockey among other things. Trust, some others I have dealt with I felt they may have had other intentions or just seemed like they were not telling me everything.  You seemed to tell me what you thought and I felt you answered questions honestly.  I would suggest you to other people and if they asked why I would, I would reiterate all the previous points.
